  • When should I submit my application?

We first recommend you are accepted to your school of choice before you apply. This is because our upfront application and administration fees are non-refundable. As soon as you are accepted to your school, feel free to reach out so we can help with your housing needs.

Secondly, submit your application to us.

And finally, if you have friends you want to live with who are also attending the same school, indicate that on your application. Tell them to include you on their application, as well.

  • Are there any fee(s) to submit my application?

Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of $50 to perform necessary background checks on you and your guarantor.

  • What other fee(s) may I incur?

In addition, there is a Secure Your Spot Fee of $180, this is refundable up to thirty days before your move in if your housing plans should change.

  • Will I need to bring any furniture?

No. The apartment will have living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. Twin beds are supplied and appliances (stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer) are included. Heat and air conditioning are supplied at a budgeted cost.

  • What money am I responsible for if my roommates don't pay their rent?

None, each student is on their own lease terms. Therefore, every single tenant is responsible for his/her personal share.

  • What is shared housing?

Shared housing is a more affordable way to live close to your school’s campus while maintaining a student life atmosphere with people who are of similar interests. This entails four or more students of the same program to house together in an apartment style living environment.

  • Does this mean I have a roommate in the same bedroom?

Yes, in our standard shared setup, you will be sharing a bedroom with another student who attends the same school.  If you’re coming to school with a friend you’d like to room with, list their name on your application as a roommate request and we will do our best to accommodate that request. Otherwise, we will pair you up with a student based on information you provided on your applications

  • Will I get my primary preference, such as a private bedroom?

All requests are accommodated on a first come, first serve basis.  This includes private bedroom requests which are typically limited in availability.  We encourage you to complete the application and pay your Secure Your Spot (SYS) fee as soon as possible, to allow us ample time to best accommodate your requests. Housing options are categorized as Compact, Core, Deluxe and Premium.

  • Is the shared student living situation offered co-ed?

At this time, we do not offer any co-ed shared housing.

  • After I submit my application, what can I expect?

We will begin the approval process as soon as you have submitted your application.  Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions to log into your account and pay the required Secure Your Spot (SYS) fee. You can log into your CRSH account at any time to access your account information and pay your Housing Program Payment (HPP) online. If you need help with any processes, we are only a phone call away!

  • What does CRSH provide as a housing company?

CRSH does everything to make the entire moving process seamless.  Once you’ve taken that step forward to begin this next exciting chapter in your life, we want housing to be the least of your worries.
