We recommend you are accepted to your school of choice before you apply for our housing program since our upfront application and administration fees are non-refundable. As soon as you are accepted to your school and decide you want us to help you with your housing needs, you should immediately submit your application to us. If you have friends you want to live with who are also attending the same school, indicate that on your application and tell them to include you on their application.
When should I submit my application?
Are there any fee(s) to submit my application?
Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of 50 dollars. This is to perform the necessary background checks on you and your guarantor.
What other fee(s) may I incur?
There is a refundable* administrative housing deposit, this fee is $150. This is required after your approval and it holds a placement in our housing system for you.

Will I need to bring any furniture?
No, the apartment will have living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. Twin beds are supplied. Appliances (stove, refrigerator) are included. Heat and air conditioning are supplied at a budgeted cost.
What money am I responsible for, if my roommates don’t pay their rent?
NONE. Each student tenant is on their own lease terms and only responsible for their share.
What is shared housing?
Shared housing is housing shared amongst students that are looking for an economic and secured way of living near their college campus without the hassle and worries of occupying an apartment on their own with added expenses.
Does this mean I have a roommate in the same bedroom?
The shared housing is divided by the following categories: Compact, Core, Premium and Private. The compact, core and premium categories will be shared with one other roommate in the same bedroom. The setup will be a basic furniture package that includes two (2) twin beds in the same bedroom. The private category is setup for one (1) twin bed in a private bedroom within a shared housing apartment.
After I submit my application, what can I expect?
We will process your application within a short turnaround. Once you are approved you should set up your own Housing account on our website. This will allow you to log in to the website and access your statement and pay your bill on line.
What does the CRSH office provide as a housing service company?
The CRSH office will be composed of your Director of Resident Life and Assistants. The CRSH office will be onsite at your local college campus from Monday through Friday. They are staffed to provide resident life assistance including answering questions and concerns, developing social events, educating students with housing seminars, conducting monthly inspections and ensure your housing status is intact and running smoothly.
