Vital Information for Incoming Shared Housing Students

• FEES: $50 Application Fee is non-refundable. $180 Secure-Your-Spot Fee is refundable up to 30 days prior to move-in. Deposit not may be required with approved guarantor.

• PLACEMENT ORDER: Based on the date you pay your Secure-Your-Spot Fee and your school start date.

• DISTANCE: All communities are within 15 miles from campus.

• APARTMENT SIZE: 2 bedrooms minimum and 3 bedrooms maximum in shared student apartment.

• OCCUPANCY: 2 bedroom apartments are shared by 3-4 students while 3 bedroom apartments are shared by 5-6 students maximum.

• SHARED BEDROOM: 2 students per bedroom in a 2-3 bedroom, shared apartment. Maximum occupancy is 4-6 students in a shared apartment.

• PRIVATE BEDROOM: 1 student per bedroom in 2-3 bedroom, shared apartment. Limited availability to select communities. Does not include private bathroom.

• BATHROOM: There are no private bathrooms available in any apartment.

• INCLUDED: Basic furniture package and basic utility allowance.

• SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside ANY Compass Rose room and shared apartment. Some apartment complexes are no smoking facilities, even outdoors.
